Understanding the quitting-failing-smoking-again cycle
If you’re like most smokers, you’ve tried to quit many times… and failed. Quitting on your own is like walking through a maze blindfolded. You’re trying desperately to stop smoking, without any idea of what you’re up against, feeling confused about whether you really want to give up the addiction or not… doing your best, but not finding your way out!
